A. In Lazada seller center, there are 2 fields which define the shipping cost. One is package weight and the other is dimension.

If the pre-defined dimension is beyond tier 1, then the system will charge tier 2 cost. Here is how Lazada system calculate the dimension weight.

Figure 5000 is just a reference to calculate the volume weight. Most of the shipping providers use 6000 to calculate. Some use 5000. So as you can easily tell those providers who use 5000 are cheapskate!
