Since I saw this comment in Lazada, then I just share with ignorant buyers for some common sense knowledge.
For coach bags selling in US outlets, there is no any dust bag or paper bag. If you happen to visit US coach outlets, you will find those sales girls treat these "branded bags" as cabbage in market. Some coach bags are just thrown anywhere on the floor. Some appearance might look old and some bags might have crease, and this is pretty normal. This is because outlet designs are for those budget constraint buyers who'd like to enjoy big brands. The quality is not priority any more. It's impossible to buy a boutique quality bag with outlet price. This funny review comes from this point. That's why the lady tried to show she was so experienced then in the end fooled herself. Another funny thing is this authenticity card. Only Singapore buyers will ask for it because only Coach Singapore boutiques offer such cards. Neither US nor Europe have such authenticity card!
Anyway this bad review is from another seller's shop. I just screenshot it to share with some ignorant yet arrogant buyers as an elder sister.
